Pursuant to Iowa Code 532I
1. A lot measures 14 feet by 14 feet.
2. A lot or half a lot is purchased from the Cemetery.
3. After the deed is completed, the property may be registered at the Recorder's Office in the Cherokee County Courthouse.
4. If this property is exchanged or is sold to another party, the parties involved are responsible for costs incurred in updating the deed. Cedar Cemetery will not be providing this service, but the Cemetery requires a copy of the new or updated deed for its records.
